Dean Haglund recorded a live comedy improv with Gary Jones from Stargate: SG-1 at DragonCon. He’s selling it on his web site and devoting the proceeds to hurricane relief.

Peter S. Beagle is at long last planning a sequel to his acclaimed novel, The Last Unicorn. In addition, the live-action movie version of the novel we’ve been hearing so much about might not exactly be on the up-and-up, and he’s having some issues getting the appropriate royalties from the animated film sales. In the meanwhile, he’s recorded an audiobook version of the novel, and the first 3000 people to order it will recieve a hardcover version of the sequel novella, “Two Hearts.”

Dave DeVries is an artist who’s latest work is a fascinating collection of drawings that originated from pictures created by children. It’s called The Monster Engine and it blew us away so much he became a last minute addition to our interview list.

Rooster Teeth Productions is responsible for the outrageous and hillarious series Red Vs Blue. Based on the game Halo, it follows the misadventures of two squads of soldiers fearlessly defending . . . a box canyon. They’ve just begun their fourth season.
